Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@thewayenbeauty.com before the 14-day period expires.
The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons:
- Wigs and hair extensions that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Opened makeup and beauty products
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us at contact@thewayenbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund — including the original standard shipping cost — will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, as required by EU law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us at contact@thewayenbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- An incorrect item was sent
In these cases, The Wayen Beauty & Glamour will cover the return shipping cost. However, proof is required: please send clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect or damage to contact@thewayenbeauty.com before sending the item back. Claims without supporting evidence will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at contact@thewayenbeauty.com with your order number.
After 24 hours or once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal once the order is delivered, as described above.
